In the interest of safety for our community, if a player breaks one of our trading relevant community guidelines, they will have their access to trading revoked. The ability to trade could be removed for cross-trading or gambling, as both are against our rules. You will know if your access has been revoked as a message stating “Trading has been blocked on your account due to illegal trade activity” will pop up. 


To appeal your trade ban, or if you feel it was unjust, you will need to contact our Support team and we’ll review the circumstances. If your trade ban was temporary, your appeal will automatically be declined. Please wait out the duration of the trade ban.

If you have received a message stating “You cannot trade right now. Please contact Support” please do not worry, you have not been trade banned. This can occur when our system detects an anomaly in your trading activity, and can pick up false errors, assuming you may have duplicated your item. Contact our team and let us know, and we’ll be able to re-enable your trading.
