In the interest of safety for our community, if a player breaks one of our more major community guidelines with harmful activity, they will have their access to the game temporarily or permanently revoked. If you have joined the game and found that you have been banned, you will have been provided with a ban reason and a ban code informing you of your ban's basis. Sometimes the reason for the ban may not be exactly what you did wrong, but due to how the bans work, our team will execute the ban with the best matching description.

Some reasons we may choose to ban an account are as follows:

• Players who are found to be excessively gambling.
• Players who are found to be excessively cross-trading.
• Players who are caught scamming others.
• Players who are caught hacking others.
• Players who abuse our Support Form.
• Players who abuse exploits and scripts to gain an unfair advantage within the experience.
• Players who display inappropriate or malicious behaviour within the experience.
