Due to how the circulation of Robux works, once an item has been purchased with Robux, we are unable to provide any form of refund.

All of our items are non-refundable, and so if you’d like to request a Robux refund, you can do so through Roblox Support. Roblox is the only entity that can reimburse users with Robux.

We also do not currently offer refunds if an item was purchased using bucks by mistake.

In future, please be careful when attempting to purchase items and read through the pop-ups that appear as these protect you from accidental purchases.
