The staff team here at Uplift Games understand that we're in a very public position on Roblox, Discord and other social media where we connect our work-related accounts to our jobs. This means it is easy to find our usernames, and bad actors can use them to impersonate us and make themselves look official. We want to let you know that, first and foremost, none of us will ever reach out and message you personally. We have a set standard to conduct our work and business through official channels and only contact individuals who need to be contacted through our emails or players who have reached out to us through Adopt Me Support on the live chat system. 

Our email domains are @uplift.games and @upliftgames.mail.helpshift.com for Support, so please do not trust any other email claiming to be us.

Under no other circumstance will the team reach out to you. We will not directly message you on Roblox, Discord, or any other social media platform. We have no reason to message you, as we will never give you free pets or tell you that you have been banned. 

If anyone reaches out to you claiming to be a staff member or is impersonating one of our staff members, you can let our team know.

Sometimes, people will also create legitimate-looking social media pages or Discord servers to trick people into following or joining them for whatever purpose they serve. Most of the time, they prey on vulnerable users to grab their details and hack their accounts.
