Please know that there are no automated bans. All reports are reviewed by our human agents, and bans are also carried out by human agents. There is no automated process in this, so please do not be concerned about some bot instantly banning you.

As it is one of us reviewing the report and conducting an investigation, we’ll only ever take action if we see evidence that an offence was committed. If the report is reviewed and nothing is found, then no moderation will incur.

That said, if someone is consistently submitting false reports to us and abusing the support system, we may proceed to take action there.
