As of September 18th 2023, we have recreated the Adopt Me Support experience. This is a small guide to help you make the most out of our new support system.

How do I submit a ticket?

When you're ready to contact our support team, you can select the speech bubble in the bottom right hand side of the screen on any page in our support help desk. Once there, you will find a list of topics that you can contact our team about.

Why is Adopt Me Support closed?

Our agents need a break sometimes. In order to allow our agents to have a proper work/life balance, we have implemented business hours. These business hours also assist with ensuring you get the fastest response possible by only allowing for the submition of a ticket while an agent is available. We are open 13 hours a day, 5 days a week, but don't worry; we are monitoring these hours and will be making adjustments as needed wherever possible as we develop our system.

What is the average response time of the Adopt Me Support team?

Within our new system, we are able to ensure you get a response within 72 hours of submitting your ticket, but in most cases, you will receive a response within 1-3 hours of submission depending on the topic you've contacted us about. 

I can't see my ticket, what happened?

This can occur for a few reasons. Due to our new system being browser based, you may lose access to your ticket if you switch browsers, clear your browser cookies, update your IP address, or use an incognito/private browsing window to contact us. Rest assurred, we have received your ticket, and in most cases, should be able to handle it without further input. We will, however, be working on improvements in this system in the future.
