Support agents are only available Monday through to Friday between the hours of 9AM to 10PM UTC. As such, any tickets submitted using this form over the weekend may not be reviewed until Monday.

Suppose you’ve encountered an unintended error or issue that affects your Adopt Me experience. In that case, you can report it to our team via the Adopt Me support site so we can investigate further.

We have recently removed the ability to submit bug reports through our email form. For now, bug reports are only accessible through our live chat system. To proceed, please follow these steps:

  • Access Adopt Me Support by heading to our Support page.

  • After this, you can click the Red Panda icon in the middle to sign in on Roblox.

  • Sign in to Roblox as you normally would.

  • You will be redirected to a page that informs you our site is requesting access to see your Username (including Display Name, Avatar, and Profile Link) and User ID. This is all we will be able to see, and we have no other access to anything else relating to your account; to reiterate, we have no access to your account, just the ability to view your username. This helps us confirm that you are the person you say you are.

  • Please read through everything carefully, and once ready, select "Confirm and Give Access." If you press cancel, you will not be able to access support. We can only offer support to the connected account, meaning you cannot use an alternate account.

  • We will inform you that you are signed in, so you can now go ahead and click the pink speech bubble icon in the bottom right corner of the Adopt Me support site.

  • When asked to select your problem, choose “Reports” and then “I would like to report a bug”.

  • From there, you will be asked questions about the bug you are encountering and when it happened, as well as asked for any screenshots to provide evidence of the bug, as well as console logs for us to track the issue.

Once this process has been completed, your report will be passed on to our agents so they can investigate further, find a resolution if within their capabilities or refer the issue to our Engineering team for a fix. Not all bug reports will receive a response
