If you've submitted a ticket through Live Chat, you can expect to hear from us within the hour. If your issue is more delicate or requires escalation, you should hear back within 72 hours. Sometimes, this may take longer, but if that is the case, one of our agents will give you an estimated time range. 

If you turn in a ticket through an email form, we will respond within 72 hours. On occasion, we may have a higher volume of tickets than normal, and so when this happens, email tickets may take us a week to respond to, but this is rare.
