Hacked Returns

If our team issued a return and missed some items, it may be due to the following:

  • The remainder of the items were not reported in the correct category.
  • The remainder of the items were outside of the 14-day restoration range.
  • You are asking for items from a hack that happened in the past but not for this particular instance.

You are more than welcome to contact our team if you think things were accidentally missed, and our agents will review the circumstances and see if they can grant the missing items.

Scam Returns

Regarding the return of scammed items, the queue is currently in the testing phase. Right now, we can only return a maximum of one trade per report to the scam queue. Therefore, if your other trades have not appeared, this is why. 

Unfortunately, we won't be able to return any additional items; even if you contact us again, our answer will remain the same.

Purchases

If you are missing a purchase, we will usually return all missing items. However, we need proof of purchase for each single item. For example, if you bought 6 sloths and didn't receive all 6, but your purchase history only shows that 5 were bought, we can only return 5. If you are missing Robux for that 6th sloth, you must contact Roblox Support
