We here at Adopt Me Support may restrict or remove a player's ability from contacting Support due to what is called "Support Form Abuse". 

What is considered Support Form Abuse?

Support Form Abuse can include (but is not limited to):

• Continously opening tickets for the same issue after being denied
• Using profanity, targeted offensive terms, or any type of inappropriate language against an agent of Adopt Me Support
• Purposefully giving Support false information in an attempt to ban another player or have something given to an account that was never earned/purchased

What is the punishment for Support Form Abuse?

Depending on the severity of the abuse that has occurred, we may deliver different types of punishments. These punishments can include:

• Revoking the ability to contact Support
• A temporary or permanent ban on trading within Adopt Me!
• A temporary or permanent ban within Adopt Me!
